Rules and Regulations:

Minimum age for school admission is 4 years as of September 1, 2024
Age group cutoff date for rest of the classes is September 1, 2024
Copy of birth certificate needs to be presented at the time of registration
AYM admissions are only allowed for high school students - Grade 9 (Age 14) and above

Students with more than 80% attendance and strong performance in their class will be presented with Performance Awards during the course of the Academic Year. At least one parent need to volunteer in the School or Arya Samaj (80% attendance), for their children to be eligible for this award.

All students will be issued an ID which needs to be scanned to record attendance on each school day
Replacement fee for lost or damaged ID is $10
Failure to bring or scan ID will result in the student marked as absent (No manual recording of attendances; parents and students are responsible to maintain badges)
Students badging in between 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM will be considered ‘Tardy’
Three Tardies count as 1 absent and will affect students’ record towards the Performance Awards policy
Badging in after 10:15 AM will be considered Absent
